Kerala flood: Jindal Stainless steel provides relief material

New Delhi: Jindal Stainless has provided relief materials for the people affected by flood in Kerala. This included 25,000 plates and glasses made of stainless steel.

The company has also sent 500 solar light In collaboration with Luci solar, USA.

The relief materials, benefitting 5000 families, would be distributed in Alleppey by the on-ground implementation partner, World Vision.

Chairperson, JSL Foundation, Deepikka Jindal said, “We are deeply saddened by the loss of lives and property in Kerala. Rehabilitation of affected families is a long process. This is a small measure to help augment household utilities for people in need”.

It works in the areas of women empowerment, education, skill development, health care, environment, community development, and integrated farming.
