Using tiles imprint to impart knowledge to rural children

Leading tiles manufacturer Orient Bell Limited has found a unique way to impart knowledge among rural children through use of tiles imprint with general knowledge and educational messages.

As part of its CSR initiatives, the company has renovated a government school Rajkiya Madhyamik Vidyalaya in Jaipur.

The school was inaugurated by Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting.

Orient Bell was established in 1977 and has a headquarter in the national capital.

“Orient Bell promotes interactive learning with educational and general awareness tiles in schools. These serve as educational aid to teachers,” a company statement said.

Orient Bell Ltd MD Madhur Daga said the company’s endeavour is to provide holistic education to children through its interactive educational tiles.

Alok Agarwal, Chief Marketing Officer, Orient Bell, said it’s a step towards upgrading the quality of education in India.
